Restorative Yoga inspires complete relaxation

This multi-sensorial practice is designed to inspire complete relaxation and relieve your body of stress so you leave feeling relaxed helps sooth emotional distress.  I like to begin most practices  with a full-body scan, which prepares your mind to deeply connect to your body and tap into your intuition. From there, we begin to open and stretch the body through gentle movements to prepare for long, supported holds where the deep transformation work begins. You will be guided through meditation designed specifically for  stress-reduction. Restorative Yoga is a true total mind body experience.
